Biography

Varun is a Research Associate at the Cavendish Laboratory, Department of Physics, specializing in optical/THz spectroscopy of novel quantum materials, particularly Topological Insulators. Varun has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Cambridge. Before coming to Cambridge, Varun obtained his MSc. in Nanoelectronics from The University of Manchester and then briefly worked at the University of Hull on band engineering and optical properties of III-V semiconductors.
